2, The best time of reservation

1, You need reservation room in 1 day advance to facility we arrange room. But national or great conference need in 3 days advance to avoid rooms are booked up. During great campaign you will see the notice on interfce of reservation network.

3,Notice of amending reservation

1, If there is change after you register, you can amend the information. But in principle, you should ahead 4 hours.

4,Notice of reservation save date and cancel save date

1, Reservation save date is: At least 06:00, at last 18:00(in common)
  If there is pick-up service, it will save after two hours.
2,Notify of cancel
You should ahead one day to cancel in common. If you will not cancel in time, it will due to your arrival date. Not arrive it will cancel auto-motion. When there is some reason, you can not arrive and you should cancel reservation ahead, else the user coin will be deducted. We will clean our the user whose coin is own in regularly

5, How to confirm the reservation whether or not finish?

1,When you finish order form, you must choose submit botton.
 Huatan Hotel can receive it and will confirm your information. If
  you choose “unconfirm”, we will give you a call or news when our hotel have no room or other special station.If there is no hint, it acquiescence success.

Confirm reservation date

1,The order form which submit in day should put ahead two hours to confirm, submit the order form which belong the day before need in 3 hours.The order form which is reserved on Beijing time 23:30 to 7:30AM  need be confirmed before the next day 9:30
2 , Whatever, Huatian Hotel will affirm you according your TEL, fax, Mobil news or E-mail. “If you choose “unconfirmed”, we will give you a call or news when our hotel does not have room or other special conditions. If there is no hint, it acquiescence success.

About room rates

1. The rate which publicize in web is the front rate, if there is adjust we will notice you on time. Normally, we will adjust the room rates after market according or great conference and festival sales promotion.
2. The rate have included 15% service charge already.
3. If you have required Pick-up service, we will charge the extra service fee when you check in.
The price of pick up/ drop off as following,

Arrival date
1 In routine, when your arrival time is 14:00, and the departure date is 12:00AM .If you check in or check out of order, you need pay more fee.

About payment and check-in register

4. The kind of credit card which available use in our hotel
  Please inquire about which card we support
5 Check-in register
 Please fill in your actual check-in name and you could register in the receipt. When you departure hotel please pay all the money.
If there is error due to reservation according with actual check-in, we will solve the problem as soon as ability.  But we are not charge with it.
6, Cancel & Amending reservation
If you need cancel or amend operation, please according to special hint of filling in order form or attention item of submitting.
